What are the advantages of becoming a Multi-Glycan Club member?

The Multi-Glycan Club rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Multi-Glycan Club members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

You also earn points for leaving product reviews, and are even gifted with bonus points just for having a birthday! I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in the Multi-Glycan Club.

How do I check my points balance?

Check your points balance by signing into your account and visiting this page. You can also see your points balance in the user menu in the site navigation and on the hompepage welcome bar.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to joining the Multi-Glycan Club?

You will only receive points for purchases made after the Multi-Glycan Club was created on March 3, 2025. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Absolutely not! Sign-up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points.

Earning & Redeeming

How do I earn points?

Earn points by making purchases, writing product reviews, or participating in special promotions. See above for details.

How many points do I get for a purchase?

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points are awared on purchases based on the amount actually spent on the order after discounts and before shipping or taxes.

How do I redeem my points?

Sign in to your account, shop for your favorite products, then go to Checkout to redeem however many MGC Points as you wish. You can also navigate to the rewards section above, select your desired reward, and use the generated coupon code during Checkout.

How do points convert to dollars?

Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always = $1 dollar.

For Example, as a Tier 1 INSIDER, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $150, you'll earn 150 points = $1.50 dollars.

When you move up to become a Tier 2 PRO and you have a Subscription order, you still earn the base 1 point for every dollar you spend, but your Subscription order will be earning an additional 1 point for every dollar spent, giving you 2 points for every dollar spent total on Subscription orders. For example, spend $150 on a Subscription order → earn 300 points = $3 dollars.

Tier 3 ELITE will earn 3 points total on Subscription orders → earn 450 points $4.50 dollars on a $150 purchase.

What are the easy ways to earn points?

For starters, each Multi-Glycan Club member gets a reward just for joining the Multi-Glycan Club. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points and leave us a product review. Access all the ways to earn under the More Ways to Earn section on this page.

How do I apply my MGC Points at checkout?

To redeem your points in Checkout, use the slider directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button.

Coupon Codes

I created a Coupon Code by mistake, can I cancel it?

Generated coupon codes expire after 1 month. You can also share them with family and friends!

If you'd like to instead cancel your Coupon Code for a refund, please reach out to our Customer Care team via the contact form on our website or email custserv@mannatech.com for assistance.

Can I use my Coupon Code with other Promotional Coupon Codes?

Coupon Codes generated using MGC Points cannot be redeemed with any other coupon codes.

Program Limitations

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Nope! That’s the best part about being a Multi-Glycan Club member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.

Returns

Can I return my order if I redeemed MGC Points for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your MGC Points balance.

What happens if I return a purchase?

Points earned from a returned purchase will be deducted from your MGC Points balance. If points were already redeemed, your account may reflect a negative balance.

I earned points with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my points?

If you use your points towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your points will be credited back to your MGC Points balance. For example, if you use a $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded to your credit card and the $10 reward credit (1,000 MGC Points) will be deposited back into your MGC Points balance.

Points expire 12 months after they’re originally earned. Generated coupon codes expire after 1 month.

Birthday Reward

I signed up for the Birthday reward but I didn’t receive it.

Happy Birthday! We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our Multi-Glycan Club rewards program. In order for you to receive your birthday reward on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.

If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.

All successive birthday bonuses will be awarded to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your Multi-Glycan Club account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, points will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.

Remember, the birthday reward amount is determined by the Multi-Glycan Club Tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday. If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please reach out to our Customer Care team via the contact form on our website or email custserv@mannatech.com for assistance and we will be happy to assist you.

Sharing

Can I transfer points to another member?

Points are non-transferable and tied to your individual account.

Can I share my Coupon Code with someone else?

Yes, you can share your generated Coupon Code with family and friends.

Checkout

How do I redeem my points in Checkout?

MGC Points can be redeemed during the checkout process. Before checking out, ensure that you are signed in to your account.

Once you get to the checkout screen, use the slider directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button. To redeem all available MGC Points, slide the bar all the way to the right.

You must have a minimum balance of at least 500 points each time you would like to make a redemption.

Your points may be redeemed up to the subtotal value of the cart. Because of this, some orders will have a balance that will need to be paid, in addition to any relevant tax and shipping charges, with your preferred method of payment.

Why don't I see all of my points in Checkout?

The redemption slider is designed to limit the use of MGC Points to the subtotal value of your order. This ensures that you cannot redeem more points than necessary to cover the order total.

Tier Entry

How is my Multi-Glycan Club tier determined?

Your Multi-Glycan Club tier is determined by the amount you spend in a dynamic 12-month period starting when you reach a certain tier. To reach:

  • Tier 1 INSIDER: Automatically qualified
  • Tier 2 PRO: you must spend $1,000
  • Tier 3 ELITE: you must spend $2,000

Only actions since March 3, 2025 will be counted toward tier eligibility. From March 3, 2026 and beyond, actions from the past 12 months will be counted toward tier eligibility. Once you qualify, you will move up after 30 days and have access to that tier's perks.

How will I know when I have reached a new Tier?

When your total dollars spent cross a Tier qualification threshold, you will receive an email welcoming you into the new Tier.

I've met the qualification to move up a Tier, why hasn't my Tier status changed?

Tier eligibility is delayed by 30 days. This delay is meant to protect against abuse occurring from refunded purchases. Check back 30 days after you have met the qualification to enter a higher tier.

I've moved up a Tier, when will I see the Tier Entry Reward?

Tier eligibility is delayed by 30 days. This delay is meant to protect against abuse occurring from refunded purchases. Check back 30 days after you have met the qualification to enter a higher tier.

Once you have entered into a higher Tier, the Tier Entry Reward will be added to your MGC Points balance immediately.

If it has been more than 30 days since you met the qualification to move up a Tier and your current Tier status is still not reflecting accurately, or if your Tier Entry Reward was not added to your MGC Points balance, please reach out to our Customer Care team via the contact form on our website or email custserv@mannatech.com for assistance and we will be happy to assist you.

Will I ever lose my Tier status?

Once you are in Tier 2 or Tier 3, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. For example, if you crossed the tier qualification threshold on May 27, 2025, you will retain that tier until May 27, 2026. Make sure to keep interacting with our Multi-Glycan Club program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!

How do I maintain my Tier status?

Once you are in Tier 2 or Tier 3, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. For example, if you crossed the tier qualification threshold on May 27, 2025, you will retain that tier until May 27, 2026. Your Multi-Glycan Club tier is determined by the amount you spend in a dynamic 12-month period starting when you reach a certain tier. In this example, on May 28, 2026, as long as you have spent the qualifying amount for Tier 2 or Tier 3 in the prior 12-month period from this date, you will continue to retain your Tier status.

I was downgraded to a lower Tier, how can I enter a higher Tier?

Your Multi-Glycan Club tier is determined by the amount you spend in a dynamic 12-month period. To reach:

  • Tier 1 INSIDER: You are always qualified for this Tier
  • Tier 2 PRO: you must spend $1,000 in the last 12 months
  • Tier 3 ELITE: you must spend $2,000 in the last 12 months
I was downgraded to a lower Tier and then I re-entered a higher Tier, do I get the Tier Entry Reward again?

No, the Tier Entry Reward is only awarded once per account.

Mannatech Associates

How is PV and CV calculated on orders when redeeming MGC Points?

When redeeming MGC Points on an order, the dollar value of the points reduces both PV (Point Volume) and CV (Commissionable Volume).

PV Example
For an order with a PV of 120, applying a $5 coupon code from MGC Points reduces the PV by 5, resulting in a final PV of 115.

CV Example
For an order with a CV of 60, applying a $5 coupon code from MGC Points reduces the CV by 5, resulting in a final CV of 55.

Do I earn points for Mannatech Business Registration?

No, points are not earned for purchasing the Mannatech Business Registration.

Do I earn points for Mannatech Associate Annual Renewal?

No, points are not earned for renewing your Mannatech Associate Registration.

Troubleshooting

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

Double-check you were signed into your account and didn’t accidentally checkout as a guest. You must be signed in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact our Customer Care team via the contact form on our website or email custserv@mannatech.com to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your MGC Points balance.

I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive but I didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit?

Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communication and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

  1. Try to refresh your browser.
  2. Try to sign out and then sign back in to your account.
  3. Check your Rewards History in your account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards History’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact our Customer Care team via the contact form on our website or email custserv@mannatech.com and they will look into the issue for you.

Points are accrued on purchases based on the amount actually spent on the order after discounts and before shipping or taxes. Points cannot be used towards shipping or taxes. Points can be used on orders including already discounted items. Points cannot be combined with other coupon codes. Customers can choose how many points they want to apply to an order. For example, if you have 5,000 points, you can choose to redeem them all at once for $50 off a single order, or redeem only 1,000 points for $10 off an order, and save the remaining 4,000 points for later. Mannatech may update or revise the Multi-Glycan Club rules at its discretion.
